Toni Valdez is a cybersecurity professional, CompTIA Security+ certified practitioner, and PhD student in Cyberpsychology at Capitol Technology University whose work explores the intersection of cybersecurity, intelligence, digital behavior, and human experience.
She earned her Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University and her bachelor's degree from Virginia State University.
Toni serves on the Board of Directors for Achieving Success on Purpose (ASOP), helping underserved youth develop emotional and social intelligence to overcome negative social narratives.
She is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), an honor society dedicated to developing stronger leaders.
Her academic interests include cyberpsychology, behavioral cybersecurity, attachment theory, artificial intelligence, and digital relationships.
Through research and professional practice, she seeks to understand how technology influences behavior, security, identity, and human connection.
